How AutoRateFinder may make money.

Using AutoRateFinder is intended to be free for drivers. AutoRateFinder may earn compensation from licensed insurance partners or other referral partners when a visitor clicks through, requests a quote, becomes a qualified lead or completes a transaction.
Sponsored placement
If compensation affects the placement of a result, that placement should be clearly labeled Sponsored or with an equally clear disclosure. We do not want paid placement to be mistaken for an independent claim that a policy is the cheapest or best.
Organic comparison
Where AutoRateFinder presents a non-sponsored comparison or educational ranking, partner compensation should not silently determine the order. Comparison logic should focus on the criteria shown to the visitor, such as price status, coverage, deductible and fit.
Not every insurer
AutoRateFinder may work with a limited set of partners and cannot promise that every insurer or every available policy is included. We intend to make partner coverage clear rather than imply that the entire U.S. insurance market has been searched.
No added comparison fee
AutoRateFinder does not currently charge drivers a separate fee to use the public comparison preview. Insurance premiums and any policy-related charges are determined by the licensed provider.
Quote status
A paid relationship does not turn an estimate into a live quote. Future results are intended to identify whether a displayed price is a carrier/partner quote, an estimate or a sponsored placement.
